Jaryd Busch is a Cape Town-based DJ with over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. Known for his versatile style, seamless mixing, and dynamic stage presence, he has built a reputation as a sought-after performer in clubs, private events, and on radio.
Currently, Jaryd is a resident DJ on Good Hope FM and holds a residency at Hanover Street, GrandWest Casino, where he keeps the dancefloor moving with his signature high-energy sets.
With an innate ability to read the crowd and adapt to any vibe, Jaryd delivers an electrifying musical experience every time he steps behind the decks.
The Journey
Jaryd’s passion for DJing started in childhood, experimenting with his older brother’s turntables at home. What began as a bedroom hobby quickly turned into playing private events, weddings, and parties, helping him gain confidence and refine his craft.
His breakthrough came through DJ competitions and performances at major events, leading to residencies at top Cape Town venues and a presence on radio airwaves.
Today, Jaryd continues to push boundaries, blending Hip-Hop, R&B, House, and Old School classics to create unforgettable moments on the dancefloor.
